We provide turn-key site development service, “from treetop to blacktop.” We offer complete excavation and grading — from clearing, to erosion control, to mass grading, fine grading and more. Our utility crew install full utilities infrastructure, including sewer lines and stormwater drainage. We construct stormwater management structures, such as retention basins and bioretention ponds. East Coast Civil Group also provides lot remediation services, as well as demolition and removal of existing structures.
L&L Concrete (LLConcrete-NC.com) was established in 1995 as a family business, focusing primarily on residential work. In 2014, we moved into commercial work, purchasing three Mack concrete trucks and two curb & gutter machines. Today, the core of our business includes sidewalks with ADA access ramps, driveways, parking lots, and beautifully-formed concrete curbs & gutters.
